Michael Frank Ricigliano “MFR” is a seasoned mortgage and real estate professional with over 35 years of experience helping clients achieve their real estate and financial goals. As the founder and owner of MFR Real Estate Services, Michael has built a reputation for excellence, efficiency, and integrity—offering a true one-stop shop for real estate, mortgage, and investment services.
About Our Founder
Michael began his real estate career at the age of 17, buying, fixing, and selling homes long before “fix and flip” became a recognized term. Originally on track for medical school at USC’s dentistry program, his passion for real estate led him to pursue it full-time. Since then, he has managed tens of thousands of successful transactions, specializing in everything from residential sales and new construction to financing and investment property development.
He holds a B.S. from the University of California, Irvine, along with licenses and affiliations that include a California Real Estate Broker License, NMLS License, and membership in multiple Boards of Realtors across Orange and San Diego Counties. Michael is also a certified Real Estate Broker in BPO (Expert Real Estate Property Values) and has been approved by over 15 major banks to handle short sales, REO properties, and foreclosure processing.
Throughout his career, Michael has received numerous awards and accolades, including recognition as a Top Real Estate Sales Leader, ERA Top Salesman, and Top Listing Agent for three consecutive years. He has produced over 325 fix-and-flip homes and built and sold more than 300 new construction properties.
In addition to leading a successful real estate service firm, Michael is a respected speaker, industry consultant, and expert witness for real estate and mortgage legal cases. His deep expertise spans all loan types—VA, FHA, Conventional, Hard Money, HELOC, Bridge, Construction, and Equity loans—and he continues to guide clients through every step of buying, selling, financing, and investing with a personalized, results-driven approach.

Vice President of Development & Operations
With a multi-faceted Executive Operations career in real estate, lending, and investments industries, Kim brings decades of hands-on leadership to MFR Real Estate Services. Her background includes business operations management, asset management, HR, administration, loan servicing, business development, and investor relations. Her experience was built through key roles at various industry leading companies alongside highly respected industry leaders throughout Southern California.
Kim holds a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and is trained across multiple operational and technology platforms, from Business Management, fundraising, Team Building Leadership, LEED for Homes to developing custom databases.
Throughout her career, Kim has streamlined office systems, guided HR programs for teams as large as 375 employees, managed executive-level communications, and spearheaded investor efforts that raised more than $150 million. Known for her knowledge, integrity, and solutions-driven approach, she now applies her deep expertise to managing all areas of operations, marketing, compliance, loan processing systems, and client communications at MFR Real Estate Services—delivering the professionalism and reliability that clients and partners have trusted for over 30 years.

Terri Campbell
Loan Processor
For 30 years, Terri is one of our team associates who processes and underwrites our A paper loans. Terri holds a NMLS mortgage license and is a very seasoned expert in qualifying borrower for loans. She is a professional who evaluates loan applications to determine the risk of lending money to borrowers, assessing their financial information and creditworthiness. She is also responsible for organizing and managing the paperwork and documentation needed for the loan application before it is submitted to the underwriter.

Angela is one of our team associates handling all our escrows.
